What is Atavism besides a great SAT word from biology class? It's the sound of a classical guitar floating above layers of glitchy electronica-inspired loops. There's a 'hook' in the pop sense and a great deal of exploration of contrast and texture.

First off, thanks to everyone who came out to see Ashley Gold and the boys at Cause tonight.
It was blustery, it was New Years Day, and we expected Lyn-Lakers to spend the evening at home, bundled in blankets, procrastination, and shame before a blazing flat screen. Instead, many of them came out for some acoustic grooving and had a great time. Really looking forward to next Sunday.
